How an order moves
This page is for us, not for shoppers. Orders are placed by hand: every paid order shows up below with the buyer's address, and we order it from the matching listing ourselves.
Order placed
A customer checks out and enters their delivery address and phone. It appears in the order list below.
We place the order
Open the AliExpress listing for that item, paste the buyer's shipping block from the Copy button, and pay.
Tracking sent
When the seller dispatches, email the tracking number to the buyer under the Deskora name.
Delivered
Delivery closes the order. Returns are handled by us with a prepaid label.
Orders to fulfil
Every buyer enters their full delivery address, phone and email at checkout, so nothing needs to be chased. Unlock with your passcode to see each paid order and copy the shipping block straight into the supplier order.
Sourcing list — AliExpress
Every product is sourced from AliExpress. Each link opens the listing search for that item — pick the seller with the best rating, order volume and local warehouse, then paste the exact listing URL back here once chosen.

Fulfilment routine
Check the order list once a day. For each paid order, copy the shipping block, open the listing above, and place the order with that address so it ships straight to the buyer. Then send the tracking number on. No supplier account or integration is needed.
